I suggest that my clients offer a slightly higher Buyer's Agent compensation to increase overall interest in the property and also keep the Buyer's Agents very positive about selling DeLex Realty listings!  A Buyer's Agent is the man in the field who is out there showing your property while he or she is ALONE in your home with his or her clients.  
We suggest that our clients take some of the SAVINGS they get from choosing to do a flat rate listing with me and offer a Buyer's Agent an attractive incentive of 
3.5% or 4%. This will put your home in the front of the line.

Representing BOTH Buyer & Seller as a Transaction Broker  
When your listing agent finds the perfect buyer for your property the agent will then become a dual agent to assist BOTH parties with the transaction. The Flat Rate agent will then be compensated for the following services:

  • Basic listing fee for listing services provided 
  •  The  advertised Buyer's Agent / Transaction Broker commission for assisting BOTH parties with the transaction
Our clients are able to pick and choose the best marketing items that fit their needs and desired budget in addition to the listing package that is included. 

**All marketing items are paid for up front.
